How Alwan Al-Yanabea Real Estate handles your personal data on the website and in the mobile app

Who we are
Alwan Al-Yanabea Real Estate, of Al-Shifa District, Bin Tulun Street, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. It covers the website alyanabea.com and the "ألوان الينابيع" mobile app.
What we collect
Browsing the website
No personal data is required to browse property listings. One cookie,
alyanabea_session, remembers the language you chose for the
duration of your visit and expires after two hours. It is not used for
tracking or advertising.
The contact form
When you submit the form we store what you entered: your name, email address, telephone number, subject, message, the language of the form, and the time of submission. A copy is emailed to the office so we can reply. We do not record your IP address when you submit the form.
The mobile app — visitors
Browsing property listings in the app requires no account and collects no personal data.
The mobile app — office staff
The back-office section requires an account. When you sign in we process:
- Your email address and password. The password is stored as a bcrypt hash, cannot be read back as text, and is not visible to anyone in the office.
- A sign-in log: the email address used, the IP address, whether the attempt succeeded, and when. This is a security record kept to stop password-guessing.
- Session records: the device name your phone reports, when the access token was issued and expires, and the time and IP address it was last used from. This is what lets us end the session on a lost handset.
Photographs
The app asks for access to your photo library only at the moment you choose to add a photograph to a property listing. It never reads your library on its own, and never uploads an image you did not select. Photographs you do select are uploaded to the office server to be shown on the listing.
What we do not collect
- No analytics or tracking tools, and no advertising identifiers.
- No location data.
- No access to your contacts, microphone or camera.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Third parties
The website loads fonts and some stylesheets from public services (Google Fonts, Bootstrap, Font Awesome), and those providers see your IP address as a consequence of your browser requesting the file. The app does not — its fonts are bundled inside it. Hosting is provided by the company that hosts the office server.
Security
- All traffic to the website and the app is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Passwords are stored using bcrypt.
- In the app, the access token is held in the iOS Keychain rather than in ordinary application storage.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept until they have been answered and archived. Sign-in logs and session records are kept as a security record. Owner, tenant and contract records are kept for as long as Saudi regulatory and accounting requirements demand.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia you may request access to your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing. To make any such request, write to info@alyanabea.com.
Children
Our services are not directed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of the page will change with it. Please check back from time to time.
